There are also several end-of-year cleanup tasks worth reviewing to help you close out the school year smoothly and start fresh for next season.
Archive Graduated Seniors
- Bulk move athletes into the appropriate group
- You can move athletes group by group or all at once
- Select the destination group (e.g., Inactive)
- Apply filters and complete the bulk move
- Add closed dates to past events
- Close out any remaining active or incomplete events
- Ideally, events should be closed in real time, but that's not always the case. Review and close any unfinished events as needed
Admin Reporting
Generate and review the following reports:
- Export Test Report: All tests completed within a selected date range (patient-level export)
- Export Events Report: Pull from the Profiles tab
- Reporting Tab Overview: View all profiles tested within your subscription year with a test volume report
