Step-by-Step Tutorial: What to Expect:

This integration is intended to help streamline the process of linking testing results from Sway to Healthy Roster.

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.

 

Step-by-Step Tutorial: 

  1. Please email help@healthyroster.com with your EMR request. A member from the Healthy Roster Customer Success Team will reach out via email to send terms and conditions via Adobe for your organization to sign.

 

These terms and conditions are to ensure that you and your organization are agreeing to send Sway health data to Healthy Roster

 
  1. Once you have returned the signed copy of the terms via Adobe, we will be notified.
  2. A member from Sway's Customer Experience Team will reach out via email to let you know when your Sway system EMR integration has been activated
  3. The following steps will be required to finalize the integration
  • Log in to the web portal
  • Go to the Organization tab on the bottom left-hand side of the screen
  • Choose the External Integrations tab (as seen below)
  • From the drop-down, choose Healthy Roster and copy/paste your Healthy Roster Provider ID into the space provided.
  • Then click Save/Submit

What to Expect:

Every time your athlete takes a test on Sway and completes it, a PDF report of the current test will be sent over the Documents tab in the athlete’s Healthy Roster profile.

Expect the document to be transferred within 3-8 minutes

If there is a mismatch in names or DOB between the systems, you will see an alert in Healthy Roster of an unassigned or ambiguous match

You will be prompted on where and/whom to attach the document
