Step-By-Step Tutorial: What to Expect:

Linking your Sway account with PyraMED allows for seamless document transfer between the two systems. 

This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.

 

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

  1. Please email help@healthyroster.com with your EMR Request. A member from the Healthy Roster Customer Success Team will reach out via email to send terms and conditions via Adobe for your organization to sign.

    These terms and conditions are to ensure that you and your organization are agreeing to send Sway health data to PyraMED

     
  2. Once you have returned the signed copy of the terms via Adobe, Sway will be notified by Adobe.
  3. Once we have your signed terms, you will receive an email from Sway Medical stating that your API key has been enabled 
  4. From there you need to log into the web portal - click ORGANIZATION tab
  5. Choose EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS
  6. Choose CREATE  - click PyraMED
  7. Select an expiration date for your API key - most IT departments allow a 1 year maximum for API keys - please reach out to your organizations IT department to ask how long you may have an open API for
  8. Once you have that API key - please save it somewhere safe. This will complete the Sway Portion of the integration. To initiate the integration process with PyraMED, send an email to implementation@pyramed-health.com. PyraMED will ask for the API key during the implementation.

What to Expect:

Once the configuration of the Sway Interface is complete within PyraMED, any tests completed within Sway will trigger the PDF Report to be sent to the matching PyraMED athlete’s chart as an image. Users will receive PyraMED tasks when reports are available. The reports can be pulled as soon as every 15 minutes.

If a mismatch is found in the First name, Last name, Sway Profile ID or DOB between the two systems for an athlete, the PDF will not be pulled over. These errors can be corrected in PyraMED. This process will be reviewed within the implementation process and you can reach out to support@pyramed-health.com if this happens after the interface is live.
