Athlete profiles may need to transition between organizations over the course of their eligibility. A system administrator at the enterprise level can use the transfer tools to move athlete profiles from one organization to the appropriate destination organization.
Note: You must be a System Admin of the Enterprise to use this tool.
This feature is available on the ✅ Web Portal only and is not available on the ❌ Mobile Application.
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
- Click on "Tools" under the Main Menu
- Locate the Profile ID (under the name of the Athlete/Patient)
- Enter Profile ID to transfer and the appropriate new organization from the drop-down menu
- Click "Transfer Profile'
